1. Paying and on Time ! - A good sign for any site. You can view some payment proofs here:

2. They Have a Forum - A excellent tool for ever site to have. Show proofs and members can get the support they need.

1. Whois Protected - Owner is hiding his identity. Could be a sign of a scam. Only time will tell.

2. Doubts? - If you check around, some will say this site will eventually turn into a scam. Of course this is all just talk.
You will also hear that if a site is paying then it is not a scam. I personally don't agree with that conclusion, since many owners have paid their members in the beginning and ended up ripping off people in the end. Then turn around and open up a new site one after another.
Some owners do know ahead of time that sites are going to fail, yet they continue to do it. That is what a scam is. They deceive you when they know eventually they will take the money and run. Why do you think they hide their identity?
Then you will have those who will say that all sites will end up as a scam. Not true. There are sites running for many years and have yet to show that they are going to scam. FusionCash, Hits4Pay, InBoxDollars, ClixSense, AdPaid, DealsNCash ect...
It is all up to you on who you want to believe. Sometimes you can't tell a person, they have to learn on their own.
Like all sites, always test them before you upgrade and know the signs of a failing site. Increase in complaints, changes in terms, payment delays, forum is censored... all of these are clues to a site becoming a scam.

3. Redirects - We experienced a lot of ad yeilds and page redirects. And this is not coming from their advertisements but their very own site. The forum, the homepage and even when we were in the middle of doing our daily clicks. We expressed our concern on their forum about this. The admin's response is:
Hope not all the time like that ?
please tell us if that caming again
We don't use any "0 iframes"
will be checked
Thank you
Which means he is using these ads in the background on his site.

4. Bugs - The site has had hacker problems and a few bugs and glitches. Their forum is riddled with bug reports. Also some reports of viruses. Make sure you are armed with anti virus software if you plan on using this site.
Summary:

The site is paying and we have not found any connection to a previous scam or anyone that has been scammed by this site or owner. At the present time we feel this site is a genuine site.
If anyone has any positive or negative experience with this site, feel free to leave a comment at the end of this review.

Update: Sep 11, 2009 : Received our first payment!
