Yeah, this is a scam alright. Let it be known that this site is trying to capatize off of Neobux. I have already received a few emails about this and how some think this site is by neobux. If you know the site neobux very well you can obviously tell that this site has nothing to do with neobux. I will explain in detail here shortly, in the mean time, here are the reason why we are adding this site on our scam list:

1. $1 per Click? - Are you kidding me? I can't believe people are falling for this one. Let me make this perfectly clear! No one is going to pay you $1 per click. Not for a simple task like that. You need to be honest with yourself and face the music. Stop falling for these ridiculous sites that offer high rates. You are only setting yourself up to be scammed... and you are wasting your time.
I am sure I am going to get some snide remarks about how I should try it and wait for my payment to come...and so forth. Sorry, but I don't test drive scams, and we sure are not going to promote them if we know ahead of time these sites are scams.
Earning $1 for a completed offer that takes 20-30 minutes to complete? Yes, that is possible. Bu not for a simple click and view.

2. No Forum - Another given. Sites that don't have them don't welcome feedback about their program. Forums can be a excellent asset to many sites since proof of payment can be posted freely by members. This site does not have one.

3. Whois Private - Yet again, another piece of a scam puzzle. Owner is hiding his identity.

4. Fake Payment proofs - Gotta love this. The site was created on Sep 1, 2009. They are showing "typed in" payments from Sept 11. You mean to tell me that they were able to get this site up and running, have someone join, earn their payout and cashout within 11 days? Also look at the amount. $306 ? On the front page it says min to payout is $500, in my account it says $1000. Which leads me to the next reason...

5. Conflicting Min to Cashout - They can't even get it straight on what is the amount to cashout. Is it $500 as it is advertised on their front page? Or is it $1000?....As the notice shows in my account.

6. Zero Payment Proofs - Sure you have the owner sitting there and typing in these numbers and fake screen names for you. Provided by him, I might add. Which you should never trust "payment proofs" that is provided by the site owner. You should find proofs that are coming from outside of the site. Which you wont...and I am sure you can figure out why. The simple answer is... this site does not pay.

7. Possible connection to another scam? - While trying to find their FAQ section I stumbled on a odd page. Since their site does not have a FAQ link, I tried typing in "help" in the url of their site. Instead I found a page that has payment proofs from another site. A site that is also a scam, I might add. A site that is also being shown in their ads.

When you click on the payment proofs it takes you to GetRichPTC.com, you can try it here:http://www.neopays.com/index.php?view=help
Or if the page is gone you can see the screen shots for more info.
GetRichPTC is on our pending queue and we received complaints about it as. We will be posting a warning about that site soon..

8. Posing & Capitalizing off another Legit Site - This site is obviously trying to gain people's trust by using "neo" in their name. Even on their front page they are trying to convince people they are from Neobux. Be sure to know the difference between bux & bucks.
Summary:
We would not recommend this site to anyone for the reasons previously described. Don't fall for this site's tricks and empty promises. If anyone has been scammed by this site, be sure to report them at any of these places:
