BuxifY has been around since May 1st 2008. With that said, in order receive a payout you must be a upgraded member. Standard members can only convert their earnings to run their own ads OR use their earnings towards their upgrade.

You get $5 for signing up, and you only need $10 to upgrade. It all depends what you are willing to risk.
