After careful review we are putting TopNotchClicks.com on our Watch List. This may change at any point in time. Here are our reasons for adding them to our watch list:
1. Suspicious Activity - For those who don't know, there is a site called Visit4Cash.net. It is a failing site that comes and goes on a day to day basis. As of today, the site does not load. Either it is gone, or it is having problems. We also put it on our scam list due to the large amount of complaints and non payment.
I had a person leave a comment in our comment section on Visit4Cash telling me that TopNotchClicks is a new site and has the same layout as Visit4Cash. This happens all the time with PTC sites, since the site script can be bought by anyone.
However, when I looked at this site closely, I noticed something familiar on their ads that they were showing. And guess which site was in those ads? That's right! Visit4Cash.net. Not once, but three times! When you see one ad, then MAYBE, it is just a coincidence. But three!? Then you know it is the owner advertising this site. Here is a screen shot of the ads:
Most owners will advertiser their own affiliate links and other sites on their PTC site. It is a common practice.
So, I did some more searching... and to my surprise I see the owner on myLot saying he is the owner of TopNotchClicks, LarryKray2005. You can view the discussion here:

The whois info says the register name is Dominic Kray. Even though it is LarryKray on myLot. So who knows what is his real name.
Oddly enough, both sites are showing Google Ads. Many know that Google ads are NOT to be shown on PTC sites. It is a violation of Google's TOS. Yet both of these sites disregard it and show them anyway. Another coincidence? I doubt it.
2. Deception - I checked out their forum. Found a convo that was interesting. Between LarryKray2005 & Admin. Trust me, they are the same person! We all know that LarryKray2005 admitted on myLot that he was the owner. So why ask admin about advertising? Notice the "i's", under-cased. Same style in both posts.
Update: nov, 2009:
Found another link to another scam.- Visit4Cash and MegaCashZone linked to one another. Same owner, same server and same ads. On MegaZone we noticed a t-shirt ad. Not just any t-shirt ad, but the same ad that is on topNotchClicks. I will post screen shots of all 3 sites and their ads. All three have a lot in common. Besides the prvious google ads and the owner spotted on mylot promoting these sites.
Summary:
This site is is very close going on the scam list. I have a feeling it already is. Since Visit4Cash.net appears to be gone. I am sure I will be updating this entry very soon. I would not advise anyone to purchase any upgrades or give this site your money. Test it before you do so!
